Hi there, and welcome to my blog!

My name is Neal Britton and I work as a support technician for a public K-12 school division in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan.  My everyday duties include end-user Windows and Office support, some server administration and Active Directory work.  My duties also include administrating our Microsoft System Center deployments, most notably System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), System Center Service Manager (SCSM), and some playing around with System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH).

My experience is largely self-taught and I have amassed work experience on every Windows client since Windows 95, Office from 97, and Server from NT4 and up.  I have used 2007, 2012, and 2012 R2 versions of SCCM and the 2010, 2012, and 2012 R2 versions of SCSM.

My main areas of focus with SCCM are application and operating system deployments, troubleshooting, and package management.
